We arrived in St.Petersburg at 10 am I think. A bunch of guys gave us welcome. Together with them we walked to Szarapows flat. This was to be our home for 3 days. He is our first label-man in Russia. He had made our tourtape with 5 new songs from the split with The Tangled Lines. After a short break and a cup of tea we made our first sightseeing tour in “peter”. Too late back from that, but right in time, we get to the concert. The club called Deep Sound made us feel at home like our club kombi, because of the small rooms, and it’s in a cellar too. So at this night, alltogether, 5 bands. 1. Engage at Will(nyhc stuff with oi and a lot of fans) 2. Garret (punk-hc with a short set, maybe a young band) 3. In reflection (melodic-metal-hc with an ultra fast drummer) 4. the 4 sivits (oh!no!forget them-what a shit…) 5. loa loa (locust style with pop trash and theatre notes)Nice evening, good shows, cool bands-no more wishes. Simply good! What follows!? Shake hands with our friends from Moscow, photosession, kisses (uhh!) and good bye. We get back to Starapow’s flat, eat some pasta with rasta (how to say: nudeln mit scheiße?!), a half beer (what the fuck!) and feel to sleep.
